The new Barid Al-Maghrib Museum invites visitors to appreciate the history of this centuries-old institution. Located in the center of the Capital, this museum traces the history of the post office, the first services of which were created in 1892. Supported by a building classified as a historical heritage of Rabat, this museum offers an audiovisual and digital presentation mode. Several phases of history are covered: from the postal administration founded under the reign of Sultan Moulay Hassan I until today, including the protectorate and independence. A space also offers exhibitions, while another welcomes children with a fun and educational program.
