Corona postpones organizing the largest religious event in Agadir region
The association organizing the annual religious season, “Mousm Lala Talaat”, at “Tishkdt” in the province of “Ashtouka Ait Baha”, decided to postpone its holding to a later date, instead of its normal date which is second Thursday in March of each year.
According to local sources, the postponement of this season, which is one of the largest religious and economic gatherings, is “in the interests of the country and of citizens, and in response to directives from the National Vigilance Committee and epidemiology “, which decided to suspend sports and cultural activities, and as part of health and prevention measures which require limiting gatherings, after the first case of Corona announced in Morocco.
The season “Lala Talaat” is the largest gathering of memorizers of the Holy Quran, which is intended for thousands of memorizers of the Book of God from various schools of ancient education in Sous and beyondt also constitutes an economic forum and social which attracts tens of thousands of visitors from all regions of Morocco and abroad.
